NSW: Police blitz on drink driving to kick off at midnight

SYDNEY, Feb 25 AAP - A crackdown on drink driving in NSW will kick off at midnight
(AEDT) with police out in force to catch motorists who flout the law.

Operation Drink Drive One will kick off on Thursday with officers patrolling roads
around the state and administering roadside breath tests.

"Whether you are on the back streets or a main road this government has a simple message
